Now being 22 and being a mom of a 11 month old I find myself struggling with my weight. :/
I know I'm not fat but it's just hard when you've been use to being a certain size and your not that size any more. For the longest time after my pregnancy I was 135lbs and my weight never went down. Now I'm at 125lbs though I sometimes go up to 130lbs depending how much I eat that day, lol.
Any way my point for this post is just to keep myself motivated, I want to lose more weight. I know I'll never be 110lb again I want to at least fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans and when that happens I have reach my goal.
Belle's Tips
Cut out the soda and juice drinks
soda contains empty calories & juice drinks have added sugars
Write what you eat! {even it's a few chips}
~write everything down~
It sounds silly but it helps you realize how much you actually eat,
that way you can know what to change about your eating habits.
Portion control
you can eat healthy but if you over-eat your defeating the purpose
Stay off the scale
sometimes it take awhile before you see any change in your weight
so by staying off the scale you'll just be focused on getting healthier
instead of focusing on the number
