I love creme shadows but I have always found it creases really easily.
I normally put a powder shadow the same shade as your skin tone as a base and then a light creme shadow layer over the top of that. Sometimes with my finger, sometimes if I'm wearing it as an eyeliner I'll use a lipgloss brush =p
